Excellent central stay
central location varied breakfast comfortable bed nice products
The location is excellent, very central with easy access to the underground. The breakfast buffet was varied with many options available (i especially enjoyed the cakes). The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable for good sleep. The bathroom had Dr Vranjes products, i found them lovely.
I did notice the elevators sometimes took a while.

The hotel boasts a rooftop bar that provides amazing views of the city's skyline. It is a great spot to unwind. The breakfast room is spacious and well-stocked with a coffee machine.

The room was spacious. The bathroom was large with a complete closed walk in shower. Breakfast was included and it was complete. The breakfast area was clean and fresh. I found a wide range of choice there supported by an excellent team.
The room was a little cool and I couldn't adjust the temperature.

There are three lifts in the hotel. Guests do not have to wait long to go down or up. The decor is very modern. The warmth and cleanliness of the premises are inviting.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the heart of the city. It is approximately a five minute walk to the Duomo. Missori station is also just around the corner, providing easy access to transportation.

unstocked minibar poor soundproofing
I found some aspects of my stay less than satisfactory. the minibar was not adequately stocked upon arrival. it lacked several of the items listed on the inventory (a minor detail, i admit). furthermore, the noise insulation was poor. Street sounds were quite audible, especially during early morning hours. i expect better soundproofing (considering the price point).

Check-in was smooth. Mark was friendly. the room featured a lovely balcony, a great plus! the rooftop bar offered amazing city views. I enjoyed cocktails there. i would certainly return for a longer visit.
i found that cold water took several minutes to reappear after flushing the toilet, inconvenient.

Breakfast offered a huge variety. Everything one could want was available. attentiveness from the staff was noteworthy during breakfast. They were very helpful and efficient.

the location is super central, it is very convenient to the main sights. the duomo square is only four minutes away on foot. shopping is very easy given the proximity to the shops.
